Position Title: Development Associate

Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for this position is $25.55 - $28.39/hour, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). Please inquire with interest. This position is not benefits eligible; however, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!

Schedule: This role is part-time (20 hours per week) and hybrid, with schedule to be negotiated.

Location: Hybrid, with on-site hours in Minneapolis and Minnetonka, depending on specific work.

Position Overview:

Within a fast-paced work environment, where intentionality is key, St. David's Center's Development Associate will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and solicit and steward support, while also providing fundraising/administrative support to the Chief Advancement & Strategy Officer. Working as an integral member of the Development Team, the Development Associate will demonstrate a strong commitment to St. David's Center's mission; strong relationship skills in working both internally and externally, within the Community Relations team and program teams, with donors, and with volunteers; possess sound judgment; and utilize outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Job Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or related field.

Experience

Two years of nonprofit experience, including project management, communications, or fund development.
